We are located in the Thatcham Parish Hall RG18 4JP.
It is best to use the Kingsland Centre Car Park off The Moors RG19 4PT.
*** PLEASE NOTE *** That there is now a parking charge to be paid at the machine on Sundays and also Bank Holidays.
*** ALSO NOTE *** That you can pay using the PayByPhone app on your mobile phone – the location id is 7185 and you can also use the app to extend your session without having to go to your vehicle.

Service time & Length
Sunday mornings begin at 10.30am and so suggest you arrive soon after 10am.
Our services are usually around an hour and a half long followed by an opportunity to have tea/coffee and refreshments. The first Sunday in the month will typically be communion.
Bible versions
As a congregation we use NIV84, however, as people use different translations according to their own preference we do not mind you using your own chosen version for preaching from.
Preaching text & Final hymn or song
In most cases we do not ask you to fit in with any series that we might be preaching through. This means that you are free to choose whatever you think may best benefit us.

Preaching or preaching and leading?
Normally you will only be expected to preach (and that can be anywhere from around 25-40 minutes). Usually, as pastor, I aim to be somewhere around 30 mins, but sometimes it does turn out to be a bit longer.
Powerpoint?
This is not required. However, for people that are accustomed to presenting and would like to do so, please bring a USB stick with the Powerpoint file on it. We put it on our AV machine and we would then give you a clicker so that you can manage it yourself.
If you prefer to use your own equipment for presenting then let me know in advance and I will bring a long HDMI lead which can plug directly into the digital projector. You would then need to have an HDMI out on your device or an appropriate adapter.
(Our setup is also NDI 5 capable, so if you are particularly tech-savvy then this is available for you to make use of should you desire).
